摘要
校企合作是高等院校,特别是应用性大学和高职院校与企业间进行的一种有效的培养、储备和获取人才的实践途径与手段。因而,对该领域的研究具有认识论和方法论的双重价值。校企双方对于合作环境诉求的差异造成了校企合作无法"无缝对接"。有效的校企合作状态可以从校企双方各自遵循的合法性原则和合理性原则出发,通过建立并使用强制趋同性、模仿趋同性和社会规范趋同性三种合法机制和成本—收益、权力—依赖、结构—诱致均衡三种合理机制,并通过主动的统一和被动的统一确保两套机制的有效协同,激发校企合作的效能,使校企双方实现双赢,最终达致"无缝对接"的理想合作状态。
College-enterprise cooperation between colleges, especially applied universities and higher vocational colleges and enterprises is a kind of effective ways and means which cultivates, reserves and acquiring talent. Therefore, the study of college-enterprisecooperation has the dual value of epistemology and methodology. The different demands for cooperation environment between the two sides of college-enterprise cooperation may not reach "seamless docking." The effective college-ente rprisecooperation can be conducted based on the principle of legitimacy and reasonableness followed by both sides of college and enterprise, by establishing and using three kinds of legal mechanism such as compulsory convergence, imitation convergence and social norm convergence and three kinds of reasonable mechanisms such as the balance of cost-benefit, power-reliance and structure-induction.Simultaneously, ensuring the two mechanisms coordinate with each other effectively via active unity and passive unity to stimulate the effectiveness of college-enterprise cooperation, so that both sides can achievea win-win situation, thus reach the ideal cooperation state of "seamless docking" ultimately.
