摘要
以我国"985工程"高校的技术转移效率为研究对象,采用DEA方法测算高校技术转移的有效性,深入分析非DEA有效高校的产出不足问题,通过社会网络分析方法对非有效高校与有效高校进行投影分析,探究高校之间技术转移效率的学习机制。研究表明,我国"985工程"高校的技术转移平均效率不高,有高达60%的高校是非DEA有效的,且这些无效高校在资源投入一定的情况下均存在产出不足的情况,需通过相互学习提高技术转移效率,优化投入产出结构以达到有效状态。
In this paper, 985 universities of our country are the research object. Then, we use the method of DEA to measure efficiency of technology transfer of universities, explore output deficiency in No-DEA effective universities. And we carry on projection analysis between effective and non-effective universities through social network analysis method, explore the learning mechanism among universities which can improve the efficiency of technology transfer of universities. Finally researches show that the average efficiency of technology transfer of 985 universities is not high, and more than 60 percent is No-DEA effective. What's more, there are output deficiencies in these invalid universities in the case of the certain input. Thus, they should improve the efficiency of technology transfer by mutual learning, and optimize the structure of input and output to achieve the valid state.
