The Character Education Movement is not a reform of moral education, but also a political movement on the aspect of national culture and core value in America. It is helpful for us not only to make clear of the history of reform of moral education in the past 30 years inAmerica, but also to better understand the political intent behind the Character Education Movement- the persuit of the core value from the political perspective.
