心腔镜的研究进展

Research progress of cardioscopy

目前，胸腔镜在心血管外科领域已经有了较成熟的运用，并取得了良好的效果，与之同时发展的还有心腔镜，但由于其自身的特性，在很长一段时间里，心腔镜仅作为一个辅助手段。但越来越多的研究提示，心腔镜在心血管外科的应用中逐渐体现出优势，如并不延长手术时间及主动脉阻断时间，可提供更清晰的术野，组织损伤更小等。国外虽然有个案报道全心腔镜治疗体会，但至今没有广泛应用于临床；国内则尚未发现关于心腔镜的系统研究。本文旨在回顾心腔镜的研究现状及其发展应用的前景，并就心腔镜临床应用的可行性作一综述。

So far, thoracoscopy（ video-assisted thoracic surgery） has been maturely used in the field of thoracic and car- diovascular surgery, and already has achieved satisfactory results. In compare, the developing cardioseopy technique to perform intracardiac surgery, due to its own characteristics, was rarely applied as an supplementary clinical means over a long period of time. But more and more studies suggested that cardioscopy technique has it＇s own advantages in cardiovascular surgery, such as not extend the operation time and aortic clamping time, can provide a clearer operative field, and cause less tissue damage. Although there are a few cases reported completely cardioscopy technique treatment experience, it has not been widely used in clinical because of it＇s limitations. Even no such kind of research has been reported in China yet. This article aims to review the status of cardioscopy technique and its development prospects, to inYestigate the feasibility of its＇widely clinical application in the future
