摘要
血清雌二醇(estradiol,E_2)水平的检测是重要的临床指标和实验评价手段。由于生物种属的差异、测定目的和测定要求的不同,所选择的分析方法也不尽相同。本文对目前血清E_24种常用的分析方法:色谱质谱联用法、放射免疫测定法、酶免疫分析法、化学发光免疫分析法进行综述和评价,以期为从事临床检测、临床研究、药学研究和分析方法开发的工作人员提供参考和依据。
The measurement of estradiol （E2） in serum is an important clinical index and a key factor in related experimental reaseach. Due to the diversity of biological species and the different purposes and measurement requirements, the methods can be chosen differently. This paper gave a review on the common four methods of E2 determination, including chromatography mass spectrometry （MS）, radioirnmunoassay （RIA）, enzyme immunoassay （EIA） and chemiluminescence immunoassay （CLIA）, so as to provide references for the person engaging in clinical testing, clinical research, pharmaceutical research or analysis methods development of E2.
