摘要
人类多能干细胞(human pluripotent stem cells,hPSC)具有在体外培养环境中无限自我更新的能力和发育的多能性。这些特性赋予了hPSC在基础研究和临床应用上的巨大价值。探究调控hPSC命运决定的分子机制,有助于我们更好地利用hPSC。而在诸多hPSC命运调控分子机制中,信号通路的调控在其中具有重要地位。系统地了解调控hPSC命运决定的信号通路可以使我们在整体上把握hPSC的命运走向。本综述从自我更新、分化、增殖与凋亡以及状态转换等不同方面,介绍在hPSC中影响上述生物学过程的信号通路研究新进展,希望能为hPSC的研究者提供一个全面的视野,并在此基础上进一步完善hPSC命运决定的调控网络。
Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) are characterized by the unlimited self-renewal in vitro and the differentiation pluripotency. These characteristics endow hPSCs great value in basic research and future clinical application. However, taking better advantages of hPSCs is dependent on well-elucidating of the complicated molecular mechanisms underlying the fate control of hPSCs, for which, .signaling pathways play an essential role. Systematically understanding of signaling pathways participating in hPSC fate determination would be beneficial for our overall mastering of these cells in the course of application. In this review, we take insights into multiple aspects ofhPSCs, including self-renewal, differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis and stage conversion. We hope that our review could supply a comprehensive vision for the researchers investigating hPSCs, and for further consummate the picture ofhPSC fate determinant networks
