结核分枝杆菌磷脂酰肌醇甘露糖苷的研究进展

摘要 磷脂酰肌醇甘露糖苷(phosphatidyl-myo-inositol mannoside,PIM)在结核分枝杆菌细胞膜内外含量丰富,靠磷脂酰肌醇(phosphatidyl-myo-inositol,PI)锚定在细胞膜上,并含有1-6个甘露糖和最多4个酰链。PIM不仅是结核分枝杆菌重要的组成物质,也是合成脂甘露聚糖(lipomannan,LM)和脂阿拉伯甘露聚糖(lipoarabinomannan,LAM)的结构基础。本文就PIM的合成途径、相关酶、与脂蛋白的关系,及PIM在细菌生理和免疫调节中的作用作一简要综述。 Phosphatidyl-myo-inositol mannosides (PIMs) are found abundant in the inner and outer membranes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. They consist of phosphatidyl-myo-inositol (PI), one to six mannose residues and up to four acyl chains, and anchor to the cell membrane through PI moiety. PIMs are not only essential components of cell envelope but also are the structural basis of lipomannan (LM) and lipoarabinomannan (LAM). In this review, the PIMs biosynthesis pathway, the involved enzymes and relationship with lipoprotein are clarified. Furthermore, the function of PIMs in bacterial physiology and immune modulation is elucidated.
