Spexin是一种潜在的、自然的多肽。它在多种组织中均有表达,并且能够参与心血管、肾脏功能的调节,同时,也能参与调节能量代谢。Spexin在肥胖症患者体内表达降低,可能在体重调节方面起到某种作用。本文就肥胖患者体内Spexin的表达情况以及Spexin与肥胖模型小鼠或患者体重之间的关系展开综述。

Spexin is a potent, natural peptide. It is expressed in many tissues, and may be involved in the regulation of cardiovascular and kidney function as well as energy metabolism. For obese human, Spexin is at a low level and plays a certain role in regulating weight. So, in this paper, we will summarize the expression of Spexin in obese human and the relationship between Spexin and obesity model of mice, or the relationship between Spexin and the weight of patients with obesity.
