企业在投标过程中,投标造价具有非常重要的地位。影响工程造价有一些因素如:材料价格、工程造价、外界条件。建设工程中好多因素都是无法预料的,而且时不时地就会面临各种风险,是一种既耗费资金又耗费时间的巨大工程。在建设项目的过程中,施工企业要面临各方面工程造价的风险,就相当于处在一个多变的外界环境和无形的社会压力中。所以开展企业造价风险的管理与管控措施有很大的意义。

Bidding cost is important in the bidding process of enterprises. There are some factors affecting the project cost such as material price,construction cost ,external conditions. Since it is unpredictable of many factors in the construction process, which would put the construction under risk, the construction is a costly and time-consuming project. During the construction project, the construction enterprises would be in front of project cost risk like in a changeable environment and intangible social pressure. Therefore, it is of great significance to control the cost risk.
