氮气纯化装置用轻质隔热浇注料的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 以蛭石为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合系统,研制出一种氮气纯化装置用轻质隔热浇注料。结果表明:轻质隔热浇注料的最佳配比组成为:w(蛭石)=25%,w(珍珠岩)=5%,w(硅微粉)=3%,w(铝酸钙水泥)=67%。该轻质隔热浇注料可替代陶瓷纤维用作氮气纯化装置的外保温材料,该材料使用效果良好,降低了氮气纯化装置的外部温度,达到了降低热工设备热损失,提高热效率,降低能源消耗和节能减排的目的。 The light thermal insulating castable refractory for nitrogen purification device is developed by using vermiculite as main raw material and calcium aluminate cement as binding system. The results show that the optimum composition of the light thermal insulating castable refractory is 25% of w( vermiculite),5% of w( perlite),3% of w( silica powder) and 67% of w( calcium aluminate cement). The developed light thermal insulating castable refractory can be used to replace ceramic fiber as the heat preservation material for nitrogen purification device. The obtained light thermal insulating castable refractory can effectively reduce the external temperature of the nitrogen purifying device and the thermal loss of the thermal equipment,exhibiting good heat preservation effect. It is attributed to the reduction of the thermal loss of the thermal equipment,improvement of the thermal efficiency,reduction of energy consumption and emission reduction.
