反应精馏过程设计策略研究

Research progress of reactive distillation process design

提出了普适性的反应精馏过程设计策略,概述了该策略中的几个重要步骤、研究方法及国内外的研究进展,包括可行性分析、概念设计、稳态模拟与优化、过程控制和内构件设计。进而提出普适化的设计方法及内构件尺寸优化将是反应精馏设计研究的热点。

The generic design strategy of reactive distillation process is put forward in this paper. Several important steps,research methods and research progress at home and abroad,including feasibility analysis,concept design,steady state simulation and optimization,process control and internals component design are summarized. The universal method and internals design are proposed as the main development directions in the future.
