摘要
研究了反应精馏生产碳酸甲乙酯工艺的设计与优化,选取合适的催化剂,完善了工艺流程,实现了过量反应物与萃取剂的循环利用。选取合适的热力学模型与动力学方程,运用Aspen Plus化工模拟软件对工艺过程进行稳态模拟,考察了进料配比、进料位置以及回流比等因素对产品质量分数与再沸器热负荷的影响,优化了操作条件,提高了反应选择性与产品收率。以年总费用为目标函数,对工艺流程进行了经济优化,最终工艺条件下,全年总费用115万美元,并实现了主产品碳酸甲乙酯与副产品碳酸二乙酯的联合生产,2种产品质量分数都达到99.8%。
A process for ethyl methyl carbonate is presented by using reactive distillation. The process is improved to realize the recycling of excess reactant and extractant,and an effective way for the by-product diethyl carbonate is provided. The process modeling software Aspen Plus is used to simulate the ethyl methyl carbonate system in steady-state with appropriate thermodynamics method and dynamics equation. The effects of feed ratio,feed locations and reflux ratio on product purity and reboiler duty are investigated,and then reaction conversion and selectivity andenergy consumption are raised by optimizing the operations. Total annual cost( TAC) is optimized with result of 1150 000 dollars. Under such process conditions,both the purities of ethyl methyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate reach 99. 8% respectively.
