内镜是目前预防与治疗胃曲张静脉出血的重要手段之一,内镜下组织胶注射治疗胃静脉曲张出血即时止血疗效确切,并发症少,已成为胃静脉曲张出血的首选一线治疗方案,被临床广泛采用.但其在具体操作技术、远期疗效、并发症风险以及作为胃静脉曲张出血的二级预防的效果尚存在争议.本文就以上争议点作一综述.

Endoscopy is an important means for the prevention and treatment of gastric variceal bleeding. With definite curative effects and mild side effects, endoscopic tissue adhesive injection has become a preferred first-linetreatment for gastric variceal hemorrhage and is now widely used in clinical practice. However, it is still controversial regarding surgical technique, long-term efficacy, risk of complications, and the effect of secondary prevention of gastric variceal bleeding. This article makes a summary of the above points of dispute.
