Measuring minimum fluidization velocity of Geldart particles by use of electrical capacitance tomography

摘要 利用电容层析成像技术对Geldart A类颗粒流化性质进行研究。研究结果发现:流化床中固体质量分数随着气速的变化趋势与压力波动变化趋势具有一定的相似性,即固体质量分数的突变点与压降的突变点一致,据此可以推断出Geldart A类的最小流化速度,为流化床基础流化特性研究提供新的研究手段。 The electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) technology was used to measure the minimum fluidization velocities of Geldart A particles in fluidized bed. The results show that the fluctuation of solid fraction obtained from the ECT images can be well related to the pressure drop profile along the bed by altering the gas velocity. As the pressure drop across the fluidized bed is considered as a standard method for determining the minimum fluidization velocity, which provides a method for measuring the minimum fluidization velocity of Geldart A particles.
