摘要
2015年,黑龙江省房地产市场的运行状况比2014年有所好转,但商品房销售面积和销售额大幅下降、投资大幅下降,市场购销两低迷。2016年,预计商品房价格将保持微幅增长、政策继续利好和安居保障工程加快发展等。但房地产业存在商品房库存高、开发商资金短缺、居民购房职业意愿不强等问题。黑龙江房地产应探索采取多种措施去库存,保持房地产业稳定发展、全力开启金融创新,支持企业正常运营等新路径。
In 2015, the operation condition of the real estate market in Heilongjiang province is better than in2014, but the commercial housing sales area and volume had a significant decline, investment has fallen sharply,buying and selling market are two downturn. In 2016, the housing price is expected to maintain a slight increase,the policy continues to be good and home security projects accelerate the development. But there are many problems in real estate market like commercial housing inventory is high, the developer fund shortage, residents purchase career intention is not strong and so on. Heilongjiang real estate should explore and take a variety of measures to reduce inventory, keep stability development, fully open financial innovation, support the normal operation of enterprises, etc.
