摘要
根据混合式学习的相关研究理论,提出一种将线上培训(微课、网络课堂等)与传统的图书馆读者培训(面对面授课+上机实习)相结合和混合式的图书馆读者培训模式,并通过"需求、目标、内容、资源和评价"等5个维度制定科学的互动策略,有机整合图书馆的各种线上学习资源与传统的线下培训活动,优化配置图书馆的培训资源,提升培训效果。
A blended readers training model which combines online training( micro-lecture,online class,etc)with traditional training( face to face teaching plus computer training) was proposed according to the theories in relation with blended learning,and scientific strategies for interaction of readers were established,which include the5 dimensions( demand,object,content,resource and evaluation) in order to integrate online learning resources and traditional offline training,optimize the allocation of training resources,and improve the training efficiency.
