A study on fixed and mobile networks interconnection fees

在移动、固定两类替代性业务竞争的同时，两网间的互联互通问题变得尤为重要。鉴于目前我国成本法不可行、资费法不科学的实际情况，作者提出了互联网的市场博弈模型，以供管制部门和电信企业参考。

As the competition between fixed and alternative mobile services is heating up,the networks interconnection problems become more and more important.Considering both the infeasibility of the cost-based methods,and the impracticality of the tariff- based methods in China,the author proposed a business model for the local Internet markets,as a reference for the administrations and telecom enterprises.
