“大数据”背景下医院病案信息管理方法分析

Analysis of Hospital Medical Record Information Management Methods Under the Background of “Big Data”

目的探讨大数据背景下医院开展病案信息管理的方法。方法选取我院病案科2016年4月收录的1 000条病案信息,行常规管理,另选取我院病案科2016年6月收录的1 000条病案信息,采用大数据背景下新型信息管理模式,比较两种模式管理效果。结果新型管理模式无病案缺页缺项现象,首页质量合格率为99.9%,优于常规管理模式(P<0.05)。结论大数据背景下采用新型医院病案信息管理方法效果好,可提升病案管理质量。

Objective To explore the method of hospital medical record information management under the background of big data. Methods 1 000 cases of medical records in April 2016 in our hospital were selected,and the routine management was applied. Selected 1 000 cases of medical records in our hospital in June 2016,using a new model of information management under the background of big data,then compared the effect of two modes of management. Results New management mode without missing pages of medical records. Home page quality pass rate of 99.9%,was better than the conventional management model（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the background of big data,the new hospital medical record information management method has good effect,which can improve the quality of medical record management.
