摘要 目的探讨膳食营养与慢性疾病的相关性。方法 2016年5月,针对我市某区居民,应用分层整群随机抽样法,对研究对象进行确定,共211人,行一对一问卷调查。结果对88例发生相应慢性病的人群分析可知,超重者食用较多畜肉和小麦及副产品;高血压、血脂异常者肉禽类食品摄入量较高,糖尿病者饮料副食类食品摄入量较高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理的膳食结构能够预防慢性疾病,促进社会和谐发展,需引起各级相关部门的重视。 Objective To explore the correlation between dietary nutrition and chronic diseases. Methods In May 2016,the stratified cluster random sampling was adopted to select subjects in the study in a certain district of our city,totaling 211 people,and one to one questionnaire survey was conducted. Results 88 cases of the corresponding analysis of the crowd of chronic diseases,overweight who eat more meat and wheat and by-products,hypertension and dyslipidemia with higher intakes of meat and poultry food. Diabetes for drinks,non-staple food intake was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Rational dietary structure can prevent chronic diseases and promote social harmonious development,therefore,the relevant department should give certain concern about it.
