抗焦虑抑郁治疗应用于双心疾病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Anti-anxiety and Anti-depression in Treatment of Double Heart Disease

目的观察抗焦虑抑郁治疗双心疾病患者的疗效及患者的心理状态。方法将本院2015年1-6月收治的40例心血管疾病患者作为本次研究对象,将全部患者随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予单纯心血管疾病治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予抗焦虑抑郁治疗,治疗4周后评估两组疗效及患者心理状态。结果观察组总有效率为90%;对照组总有效率为70%;观察组临床疗效优于对照组,P〈0.01;观察组治疗后患者HAMD评分心理状态优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论抗焦虑抑郁治疗应用于双心疾病患者的临床治疗中,能够有效改善患者心理状态并可辅助提高心血管疾病的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the antidepressant treatment of patients with double heart disease curative effect and the psychological status of the patients. Methods 40 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital from January to June 2015 were selected as the research object,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,treatment of pure cardiovascular disease to the control group. The observation group in the control group received the antidepressant treatment. The efficacy of two groups and the psychological state of patients after 4 weeks of treatment were analyzed. Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 90%. The total effective rate was 70%,the clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.01. After treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Clinical treatment of antidepressant therapy in patients with double heart disease,which can effectively improve the mental state of patients and can help improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,but patients with double heart disease in application.
