老年急性动脉粥样硬化性脑血栓患者外周血同型半胱氨酸的变化及临床意义

Elderly Patients With Acute Atherosclerosis Cerebral Thrombus of Peripheral Blood Homocysteine Changes and Clinical Significance

目的测定老年急性动脉粥样硬化性脑血栓患者外周血同型半胱氨酸的变化情况,并对其临床疗效进行观察分析。方法我院选取120例急性动脉粥样硬化性脑血栓患者作为观察组,100例健康人群作为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测外周血中Hcy水平及各种生化指标。结果与对照组进行比较,观察组组中Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胆固醇(TC)水平均增高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hcy变化水平与脑血栓病情严重程度呈现正相关。结论老年急性动脉粥样硬化性脑血栓患者外周血同型半胱氨酸呈现高表达,且其与疾病严重程度有正相关性,在临床治疗中具有指导性。

Objective To determine peripheral blood homocysteine of the elderly patients with acute atherosclerosis cerebral thrombosis,and analysis the clinicalcurative effect. Methods Selected 120 cases of acute atherosclerosis cerebral thrombosis patients as observation group,100 cases healthy people as control group,using automatic biochemical analyzer to test Hcy levels in peripheral blood and biochemical indexes. Results Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the levels of Hcy,hypersensitive c-reactive protein（ hs-CRP）,cholesterol（TC）levels were increased,differences between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Hcy levels positively related with cerebral thrombosis disease severity. Conclusion Peripheral blood homocysteine of the elderly patients with acute atherosclerosis cerebral thrombosis appearing high expression,and positive correlation with the severity of disease,it has guidance in the clinical treatment.
