宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞的临床效果评价

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Fallopian Tubal Catheterization Under Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的评价宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的输卵管堵塞患者166例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术治疗,对照组采取传统输卵管疏通术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总疏通率93.98%,对照组总疏通率71.08%,观察组患者总疏通率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管堵塞的临床效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fallopian tube catheterization under hysteroscopy in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction. Methods Selected our hospital patients with fallopian tube obstruction in 166 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group adopted fallopian tube catheterization under hysteroscopy,the control group took the traditional fallopian tube dredging therapy. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total dredging rate of observation group was 93.98%,the control group was 71.08%,the total dredging rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of tubal catheterization and dredging in the treatment of tubal blockage is significant.
