消化内镜微创术治疗胃肠道间质瘤的疗效评估

Evaluation on the Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

目的评估消化内镜下微创手术治疗胃间质瘤的临床疗效与安全性。方法通过与腹腔镜胃间质瘤手术对比,评估消化内镜微创术治疗胃间质瘤的疗效与安全性,选取本院2013年1-12月采取腹腔镜手术治疗的26例胃间质瘤患者组成腹腔镜组,选取本院同期采取消化内镜手术治疗的26例胃间质瘤患者组成内镜组,对比两组手术情况、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率,随访2年统计转移率与复发率。结果内镜组各项指标（手术时间、术中出血量、通便时间、住院时间）均少于腹腔镜组,P〈0.05。结论消化内镜微创术治疗胃间质瘤具有手术耗时少、术中出血量小、术后易恢复、疗效确切且安全可靠的优势。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors by comparing with the laparoscopic gastric stromal tumors. 26 cases of gastric stromal tumor in our hospital from January to December 2013 were treated by laparoscopic operation as laparoscopic group. Endoscopic group of 26 patients with gastric stromal tumor were selected from the same period of our hospital. The operation status,postoperative recovery and complication rate were compared between the two groups. After 2 years of follow-up,statistical analysis of metastasis rate and recurrence rate. Results Endoscopic group indicators（operation time,intraoperative blood loss,the time of defecation,hospital stay）were less than the laparoscopic group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors has the advantages of less time consuming,less blood loss,easy recovery,safe and reliable.
