导乐陪伴联合分娩镇痛仪对分娩质量的影响效果

The Effect of Doula Combined With Delivery Analgesia Apparatus on the Quality of Delivery

目的探讨导乐陪伴结合分娩镇痛仪对产科分娩质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年1-7月收治的1 000例产妇的临床资料进行分析。结果实验组重度疼痛率低于对照组,第一产程短于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论产科将导乐陪伴联合分娩镇痛仪应用于产妇分娩过程中,可减轻产妇分娩疼痛,缩短产程,促进自然分娩。

Objective To investigate the Doula combined with delivery analgesia instrument of the effect on obstetric quality. Methods The clinical data of 1 000 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from January to July 2016 were analyzed. Results The experimental group with severe pain rate was lower than the control group,the first labor was shorter than the control group,the rate of cesarean section was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The application of obstetric Doula combined with delivery analgesia apparatus in the process of childbirth,can reduce labor pain,shorten the production process,promote natural delivery.
