心电图、高频心电图和运动平板试验对冠心病疾病诊断的价值比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究心电图、高频心电图和运动平板试验对冠心病疾病诊断的价值。方法选取2014年3月-2016年3月在我院进行治疗的139例冠心病患者为研究对象,均分别实行心电图、高频心电图和运动平板试验检查,比较三种诊断方法的敏感性和特异性。结果高频心电图的敏感性高于心电图和运动平板试验,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但其特异性较低。运动平板试验的特异性高于心电图和高频心电图,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高频心电图与运动平板试验诊断冠心病有良好的价值,是冠心病比较重要的诊断方法。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG),high frequency electrocardiogram(ECG)and treadmill exercise test in coronary heart disease. Methods Electrocardiogram,high frequency electrocardiogram(ECG)and treadmill exercise test were performed in 139 patients with coronary artery disease who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016. The sensitivity and specificity of the three diagnostic methods were compared respectively. Results The sensitivity of high frequency electrocardiogram was higher than that of electrocardiogram and treadmill test,There was significant difference(P〈0.05). But its specificity was low. The specificity of ECG was higher than that of electrocardiogram and treadmill test,and the specificity of electrocardiogram was also higher than that of HF electrocardiogram. There was significant difference between the three methods(P〈0.05). Conclusion The high frequency electrocardiogram and exercise plate test have a good value in diagnosing coronary heart disease,and it is an important diagnostic method of coronary heart disease.
