肝衰竭中Th17与疾病预后的关系及影响

Relationship Between Th17 and Disease Prognosis in Liver Failure and its Influence

目的探讨肝衰竭中Th17与疾病预后的关系。方法以我院感染科接诊收治的CHB、SACLF患者为研究对象,对患者Th17细胞表达水平进行统计对比。结果 Th17细胞表达水平上,HBV-SACLF患者高于CHB患者,CHB患者高于正常组患者;Th17细胞表达水平在HBV-SACLF早期、中期、晚期依次升高;非存活组患者Th17细胞表达水平高于存活组(P<0.05)。结论 Th17同肝脏衰竭病情预后相关,Th17越高,患者预后越差。

Objective To investigate the relationship between liver failure in Th17 and the prognosis of the disease. Methods In our hospital,admitted CHB and SACLF patients as the research object in department of infection,statistical comparison of the level of expression of Th17 in cells. Results The expression level in Th17 cells,HBV-SACLF were higher in CHB patients,CHB patients were higher than normal group,the expression level in Th17 cells increased in HBV-SACLF early,middle and late. Non survival group of the expression level in Th17 cells was significantly higher than the survival group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Th17 is related to the prognosis of liver failure,the higher the Th17,the worse the prognosis.
