摘要
目的通过脑出血后尿潴留患者进行中药穴位贴敷、针刺和药物治疗的对比研究,观察中药穴位贴敷治疗脑出血后尿潴留的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为中药穴位贴敷组(简称贴敷组)、针刺对照组(简称针刺组)和药物治疗对照组(简称药物组),每组20例。结果中药穴位贴敷组临床疗效优于对照组,中药穴位帖敷组与针刺和药物治疗组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷是治疗脑出血后尿潴留的一种疗效显著的方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Acupoint Application in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after cerebral hemorrhage by comparing the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application,acupuncture and drug treatment in patients with urinary retention after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into Chinese medicine acupoint application group（hereinafter referred to as the application group）,acupuncture control group（referred to as acupuncture group）and drug treatment group（drug group）,20 cases in each group. Results The clinical effect of acupoint sticking group was better than that of control group. There was statistical significance in the acupuncture and medicine treatment group compared with Chinese medicine acupoint application group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is an effective method to treat urinary retention after cerebral hemorrhage.
