探讨眼底荧光素血管造影术在诊断及治疗指导上的临床应用价值

The Clinical Application Value of Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines in the Fundus Fluorescein Angiography

目的探讨眼底荧光素血管造影术在眼科疾病诊断及治疗指导上的临床应用价值。方法本次研究对象为2014年12月-2016年3月在我院接受治疗的视网膜疾病患者300例,对患者进行检眼镜检查后给予荧光素眼底血管造影,对患者视网膜病变情况诊断,根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果本次研究的300例患者中,采用检眼镜检查后有208例患者存在视网膜病变,病变率为69.33%;采用荧光素眼底血管造影检查后有271例患者存在视网膜病变,病变率为90.33%。高于检眼镜检查的病变率,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论视网膜疾病患者进行荧光素眼底血管造影检查,对早期的治疗与诊断,保护患者的视力,有效降低致盲率有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the fundus fluorescein angiography in the diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases and treatment guidelines on clinical application value. Methods This study was conducted on 300 patients with retinal disease from December 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital,were given after ophthalmoscopy in patients with fundus fluorescein angiography in patients with retinopathy,diagnosis and treatment based on the results. Results The study of 300 cases,using ophthalmoscopy after the presence of retinopathy in 208 patients,disease rate was 69.33%,by fundus fluorescein angiography after the presence of retinopathy in 271 patients,disease rate was 90.33%. It was higher than the rate of ophthalmoscopy lesions,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Patients with retinal disease using fundus fluorescein angiography,for the diagnosis and treatment of early,protecting the patient＇s vision,reducing the blindness rate has important clinical significance.
