肾上腺微小肿瘤的影像学诊断效果体会

Experience of Imaging Diagnosis of Small Adrenal Tumors

目的探讨肾上腺微小肿瘤的影像学诊断效果。方法对48例(52个病灶)病理确诊的肾上腺微小肿瘤患者实施超声、CT检查,分析两种检查方法的诊断效果。结果超声、CT定位诊断符合率分别为92.3%、96.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超声、CT定性诊断符合率分别为90.4%、88.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声、CT诊断肾上腺微小肿瘤各有利弊,需按照患者具体情况,选择恰当的诊断方法。

Objective To explore the imaging effect of the diagnosis of small adrenal tumors. Methods Ultrasound and CT examination were performed in 48 patients（52 lesions） with pathologically confirmed adrenal tumors. The diagnostic results of the two methods were analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound and CT were 92.3% and 96.2% respectively,and the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）. The coincidence rate of ultrasonography and CT was 90.4% and 88.5% respectively,and the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound,CT diagnosis of small adrenal tumors have advantages and disadvantages. According to the specific circumstances of patients,to select the appropriate diagnostic methods.
