摘要
目的探讨B超引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果。方法选取我院行上肢手术患者300例,随机分为观察组(B超引导下臂丛神经阻滞)和对照组(盲探法臂丛神经阻滞),每组各150例。对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组麻醉效果优良率92.00%高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05)。观察组操作时间、药物起效时间、麻醉药物用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组镇痛维持时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 B超引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉临床效果显著,具有易操作、麻醉起效快、药物剂量小和麻醉维持时间长等优点。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of brachial plexus block anesthesia guided by B ultrasound. Methods 300 cases of upper limb surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（B ultrasound guided brachial plexus block）and control group（blind positioning brachial plexus block）,150 cases of patients in each group. The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared. Results The excellent rate of the observation group（92.00%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.00%）（P〈0.05）. The operation time,drug onset time,anesthesia drug dosage of observation group was significantly less than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The analgesia maintaining time was significantly longer than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion B ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia has significant clinical effect,easy to operate,fast onset of anesthesia,small dose of drugs,long duration of anesthesiaand so on.
