消毒中心集中管理对医院感染控制的影响

The Influence of Centralized Management on Hospital Infection Control

目的加强消毒供应中心的集中管理,有效提升消毒灭菌质量,避免医院感染的发生。方法对在2006年1月-2010年1月我院消毒供应中心实施传统管理方式的数据作为对照组。对在2011年1月-2016年1月我院采取集中管理模式后得出的数据作为观察组。比较两组医疗器械清洗合格率,灭菌物品合格率,医院感染的发生率。结果观察组使用集中管理方式后,医疗器械清洗合格率高达100%,对照组采用传统管理模式医疗器械清洗合格率为94%。观察组要比对照组的器械清洗合格率高,且差异存在统计学意义。观察组医院感染率只有2.1%,对照组的医院感染率为9.0%,观察组低于对照组的医院感染率,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论实现对消毒中心集中管理的规范管理模式可以有效控制医院感染的发生。

Objective To strengthen the centralized management of disinfection supply center,effectively improving the quality of disinfection sterilization,avoid the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods From January 2006 and January 2010,in our hospital disinfection supply center to implement the traditional management mode of data as control group. From January 2011 to January 2016,in our take centralized management mode after the data as a group. Compare two groups of qualified rate of medical equipment cleaning,qualified rate of sterilization items,the incidence of hospital infection. Results Observation group after with a centralized management,the medical equipment cleaning qualified rate was as high as 100%,the control group with traditional management mode of medical equipment cleaning percent was 94%. Observation group than the control group of equipment cleaning rate is high,and the differences statistically significant. Observation group of hospital infection rate was only 2.1%,control group of the hospital infection rate was 9.0%,the observation group was lower than the control group of hospital infections,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Implementation of centralized management of disinfection center management mode can effectively control the occurrence of hospital infection.
