三维护理管理模式对危急重患者院前急救质量的影响

Effects of Three-dimensional Nursing Management Model on the First Aid Quality of Critical Patients

目的观察三维护理管理模式对危急重患者院前急救质量的影响。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科院前急救诊治的142例患者资料,根据不同院前急救方案分为两组,对照组65例给予常规院前急救方案,研究组77例给予三维护理管理模式,比较两组院前急救质量情况。结果研究组院前急救成功率、院前病死率、设备完好率、护理缺陷率及应诊反应时间均优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危急重患者院前急救予三维护理管理模式,可有效提高抢救成功率,从而提高急救质量。

Objective To observe the effect of three-dimensional nursing management model on the quality of first aid in critically ill patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 142 cases of emergency treatment before emergency treatment in our hospital patients,according to different pre-hospital emergency program were divided into two groups. The control group of 65 cases of routine pre-hospital emergency program,study group of 77 cases to three-dimensional nursing management model,The quality of first aid in two groups were compared. Results The success rate of pre-hospital first aid,pre-hospital mortality,equipment intactness,nursing defect rate and response time were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Critical patients with pre-hospital care and three-dimensional nursing management model,which can effectively improve the success rate of rescue,so as to improve the quality of first aid.
