综合护理干预对颅内动脉瘤患者术后功能恢复及并发症的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Functional Recovery and Complications of Patients With Intracerebral Aneurysm

目的探讨综合护理干预对颅内动脉瘤手术患者手术后功能恢复及并发症的影响。方法选择2014年1月-2016年6月于我院进行手术治疗的120例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组,观察组60例,对照组60例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理前、后的精神状态恢复情况及并发症情况。结果护理干预后两组患者的精神状态评分均上升,且观察组的上升趋势更为显著,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者的并发症发生率为30.00%,高于观察组的8.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论颅内动脉瘤患者手术后采用综合护理干预对改善预后具有积极作用,可有效促进患者术后的功能恢复,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative functional recovery and complications of patients with intracerebral aneurysm. Methods 120 selected patients with intracerebral aneurysm received surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60）. Control group took routine nursing,observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention. The recovery of mental state and complications of two groups before and after nursing were compared. ResultsAfter nursing intervention,the mental state scores of two groups were significantly increased,and the rising trend of observation group was more significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in control group was 30.00%,was significantly higher than 8.33% of observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with intracerebral aneurysm after surgery has positive effect on improving prognosis. It can effectively promote postoperative functional recovery and decrease the incidence of complications,which has higher value of clinical application.
