重症监护专科护理亚专科小组培训方法及效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨提高重症监护室(ICU)护理人员业务水平及护理满意度的培训及考核方式。方法将60例ICU专科护士平均分为急救小组(A)、感染控制小组(B)、伤口与造口小组(C)、机械通气与人工呼吸道管理小组(D)、血液净化小组(E)及对照组(NC),每组10例,分别进行3个月的理论及专业培训。培训结束后采用理论考试、技能考试及护理满意度进行综合考察。结果 5个实验组(A、B、C、D、E)的理论成绩和技能成绩均提高,5个组的护理满意度的总体评价与NC组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚专科护理小组的培训模式确实提高护士整理的工作能力,为护士培养模式提供了参考。 Objective To explore the training and examination methods,which could improve the nurses' professional level and care satisfaction of intensive care unit(ICU). Methods 60 ICU nurses were divided into first aid team(A),infection control team(B),the wound and stoma team(C),mechanical ventilation and artificial airway management team(D)and blood purification team(E)and control group(NC). Each 10 cases. They were all carried out the theoretical examination,skills examination,and comprehensive nursing satisfaction after 3 months of theoretical and professional training. Results 5 experimental groups(A,B,C,D,E) theoretical achievement and skill scoreswere improved, the overall satisfaction of the 5 groups of nursing satisfaction compared with the NC group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The training model of intensive care specialist team does improve the ability of nurses,and provides reference for the nurse training mode.
