摘要
目的探讨人性化护理干预对老年支气管哮喘患者焦虑抑郁情绪及满意度的影响。方法选取2012年4月-2016年4月在我院呼吸科住院治疗的86例老年支气管哮喘患者进行回顾性总结。根据护理方式的不同,将全部患者分为对照组(43例,采取常规护理措施)及观察组(43例,采取人性化护理措施)。观察两组患者的焦虑、抑郁改善情况及两组患者的满意度。结果观察组患者和对照组患者入院时SAS和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05,入院第15天观察组的SAS和SDS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组对护理服务的总满意率为95.3%,对照组对护理服务的总满意率为79.1%,两组总满意率相比,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论人性化护理可以减轻患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,获得更好的治疗效果,提高对护理服务的满意率。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on anxiety,depression and satisfaction rate in elderly patients with bronchial asthma. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of senile patients with bronchial asthma treated in department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. According to the different nursing methods,all patients were divided into a control group(43 cases,given routine nursing) and an observation group(43 cases,given humanistic nursing). The situation of anxiety and depression as well as the satisfaction rate of the two groups was observed. Results There was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores between the observation group and the control group at admission,P〉0.05. The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group on the 15 th day of admission were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. The total satisfaction toward nursing service of the observation group was 95.3%,and that of the control group was 79.1%,and the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Humanistic nursing can reduce patient's depression,anxiety,and facilitate better treatment and improve the satisfactionrate of care services.
