强化护理干预应用在重症监护室气管插管患者中的效果分析

Effects of Intensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Tracheal Intubation in Intensive Care Unit

目的分析强化护理干预应用在重症监护室气管插管患者中的效果。方法选取我院收治的88例重症监护室气管插管患者进行研究,根据不同的护理方法将其分为研究组与对照组各44例,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组的护理满意率、拔管成功率等比对照组高,而拔管失败率、肺部感染发生率等比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室气管插管患者采用强化护理干预,可有效的提高患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention on patients with tracheal intubation in intensive care unit. Methods 88 cases of intensive care unit in our hospital were studied. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the different nursing methods. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared with the 44 groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate,extubation success rate of the study group were higher than the control group,and extubation failure rate,pulmonary infection rate were lower than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention for patients with tracheal intubation in intensive care unit can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
