人文关怀护理对患儿及家长的影响

The Influence of the Concept of Humanistic Care on Children and Parents

目的分析人性化护理对患儿及家长的影响。方法选取我院新生儿监护病房50例患儿纳入对照组(常规护理);选取50例患儿纳入观察组(人文关怀护理)。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长心理状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿监护病房开展人性化护理,不仅能缩短住院时间,还能提高家属护理满意度,改善患儿家长心理状况。

Objective Analysis of the influence of humanized nursing on the children and their parents. Methods 50 cases of neonatal intensive care unit in our hospital were included in the control group（routine nursing）,50 children were included in the observation group（humanistic care）. Results The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The psychological status of the parents in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing care in neonatal intensive care unit,not only can shorten the length of stay,can also improve the satisfaction of family care,improve the psychological state of parents of children.
