基层医院内科几种常见疾病的特殊观察及护理

Special Observation and Nursing of Several Common Diseases in Internal Medicine of Grassroots Hospitals

目的总结基层医院内科几种常见病的特殊观察及护理干预措施,以更好的改善内科患者的生存及生活质量。方法在我院2015年1~12月收治的内科患者中选择100例作为此次实验研究对象,分析100例患者的基本临床资料以及疾病的护理干预方式。结果对内科疾病患者进行特殊观察与护理干预后,患者的身体恢复情况良好,均优于入院治疗时的身体状况,P〈0.05,提高了患者及家属对于临床护理工作的满意度。结论内科疾病患者除常规治疗外,还需进行病情的特殊观察以及舒适护理干预,在提升治疗效果的基础上改善紧张的护患关系。

Objective To summarize the special observation and nursing interventions of several common diseases in primary hospital,so as to improve the living quality of patients. Methods 100 cases of internal medicine admitted in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the subjects of the study. The basic clinical data of 100 patients and the nursing interventions were analyzed. Results After the special observation and nursing intervention,the physical condition of the patients was better than that of the patients in the treatment group（P〈0.05）,which improved the satisfaction of the patients and their families to the clinical nursing work. Conclusion In addition to routine treatment,patients with internal medicine need special observation and comfort nursing intervention,to improve the relationship between nurses and patients on the basis of improving therapeutic effect.
