护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Pregnancy Outcome in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的探析护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月-2016年6月收治的38例妊娠糖尿病患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各19例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理干预,比较血糖控制情况、妊娠结局。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖（4.5±0.7）mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖（6.5±1.4）mmol/L、Hb A1c（6.2±1.4）%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组妊娠结局与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论给予妊娠糖尿病患者优质护理干预,可有效改善患者血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,对母婴安全具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the effect of glycemic control and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods In our hospital,from January 2014 to June 2016,38 cases of gestational diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,19 cases in each. The control group was to take routine care,the observation group was to take high-quality care intervention. Comparison of blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome. Results Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose（4.5±0.7）mmol/L,the postprandial blood glucose（6.5±1.4）mmol/L and the Hb A1c（6.2±1.4）% in the observation group were significantly different after the intervention（P〈0.05）. The pregnancy outcome was significantly different from the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gestational intervention can improve the blood glucose level and improve the outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus,which is of great significance to maternal and infant safety.
