儿童肝左叶巨大间叶错构瘤1例

1 Case of Children With Left Hepatic Lobe Giant Mesenchymal Hamartoma

肝脏间叶错构瘤(Mesenchymal Hamartoma of the Liver,MHL)是一种罕见的胚胎期间叶组织来源的肝脏良性肿瘤,病因未明,国内外报道病例多见于儿童,常以隐匿性腹围增大、腹部肿块为首发症状就诊。现报告我院收治罕见肝左叶巨大间叶错构瘤1例,并对肝脏间叶错构瘤的研究进展、诊断治疗行相关讨论。

Mesenchymal hamartoma of the liver （ MHL ） is one of the rare benign hepatic tumors which originated in mesenchymal tissues of unknown etiology. MHL is more common in children with increasing abdomen circumference and abdominal mass as the primary symptoms. This paper reported a case of patient with giant MHL of left lobe in our hospital and discussed the research progress, diagnosis and treatment.
