摘要
目的探讨早产患者的临床处理方式。方法回顾分析我院30例早产患者的临床治疗。结果本组30例分娩患者中,经阴道分娩者9例,阴道产钳助产者2例,剖宫产者19例;新生儿窒息者4例,肺部感染者3例,颅内出血者2例,NRDS者1例,其中新生儿存活31例,存活率为96.88%。结论对早产患者行合理处理,可提升新生儿存活率。
Objective To investigate the clinical management of preterm labor. Methods The clinical treatment of 30 cases of premature women was retrospectively analyzed in our hospital. Results There were 9 cases of vaginal delivery in 30 cases, 2 cases of vaginal delivery, 19 cases of cesarean section, 4 cases of neonatal asphyxia, 3 cases of pulmonary infection, 2 cases of intracranial hemorrhage, NRDS in 1 case, of which 31 cases of neonatal survival, the survival rate was 96.88%. Conclusion Reasonable treamaent ofpreterm labor can improve neonatal survival rate.
