腹腔镜辅助D_2根治术治疗远端进展期胃癌的疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Assisted D_2 Radical Resection in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的 讨论腹腔镜辅助D2根治术治疗远端进展期胃癌的疗效。方法 选择我院于2013年3月~2016年3月收治的远端进展期胃癌患者80例为研究对象,应用随机数表法,将80例患者划分为观察组与对照组。结果 观察组患者疗效优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 针对远端进展期胃癌患者,有效实施腹腔镜辅助D2根治术治疗后,可帮助患者取得预期疗效,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of laparoscopic assisted De radical operation in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 80 cases in our hospital with advanced distal gastric cancer from March 2013 to March 2016 were taken as the research object, 80 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table method. Results The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion For distal gastric cancer patients, the effective implementation of laparoscopy assisted D2 radical operation in the treatment can help patients achieve the desired effect, improve the quality of life of patients and to greatly in patients with positive significance in future clinical application.
