肝硬化合并非静脉曲张性上消化道出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Liver Cirrhosis Complicated With Non Varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的 研究肝硬化合并非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的临床特征。方法 选择我院2014年6月~2015年6月诊治的190例上消化道出血患者,将其均分为两组,比较两组患者的临床特点及预后情况。结果 通过比较,对照组患者呕血的发生率较高,研究组患者输血量、血尿素氮浓度、冠心病和高血压的发生率均比观察组高,但是研究组出现门静脉血栓并发症的发生率比观察组低,对照组复发率及死亡率相对较高。结论 肝硬化合并非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者临床较为多见,患者临床并发症主要为冠心病和高血压,输血量及尿素氮浓度相对较高,而再出血率和死亡率比肝硬化合并静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者低。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 190 cases of npper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into the following groups. The clinical features and prognosis of the patient.s in the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results By comparison, patients in the control gronp had a higher incidence of hematemesis, incidence of patients in the study group, blood transfnsion, blood urea nitrogen concentration, coronary heart disease and hypertension were higher than in the observation group, but the study group had portal vein thrombosis complication rate lower than the observation group, the control group the recurrence rate and mortality rate is relatively high. Conclusion Cirrhosis is more common in patients with non variceal bleeding of upper digestive complications, mainly for coronary heart disease and hypertension, blood transfusion and blood urea nitrogen concentration is relatively high, and the rate ofrebleeding and mortality in patients with liver cirrhosis than that in patients with low variceal upper gastrointestinal.
