闭角型青光眼合并白内障应用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗的效果分析

Analysis the Effect of Ultrasonic Emulsification Intraocular Crystal Implantation Joint Corner Separation in Treatment Angle-closure Glaucoma With Cataract

目的 研究分析闭角型青光眼合并白内障应用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗的效果。方法 选取2014年6月~2015年6月收治的闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者89例为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组。对照组采用小梁切除术,观察组采用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 经治疗后,两组患者的眼压较治疗前差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;经治疗后两组患者的眼压比较差异不具有统计学意义,P〉0.05。经治疗后,两组患者的视力较治疗前差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;经治疗后,观察组患者的视力恢复水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 闭角型青光眼合并白内障应用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗的效果显著,患者的视力得到改善。

Objective Study and application analysis the effect of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract ultrasonic emulsification intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of joint corner separation. Methods From June 2（114 to June 2015, 89 cases of patients with angle-closure glaucoma with cataract as the study object, according to the different methods of treatment is divided into two groups, the observation group and control group. Control group adopts trabecutectomy, observation group with ultrasonic emulsification for the treatment of artifcial le,as implantation united corner separation, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with intraocular pressure was statistically significant difference, P 〈 0.05. Cmnparison of two groups of patients after treatment of intraocular pressure difference is not statistically significant, P 〉 0.05. After treatment, two groups of patients with eyesight was statistically significant difference, P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the observation group of patients with visual acuity level is better than that of coutrol group, the difference is statistically significant, P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Primary closed-angle glaucoma with cataract ultrasonic emulsification artificial lens implantation united corner separation treatment effect is remarkable, the patient＇s vision improved.
