自拟中药熏洗方治疗肛肠常见疾病术后并发症的疗效观察

Observation the Curative Effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Fumigation in Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Anorectal Common Diseases

目的 探析自拟中药熏洗方治疗肛肠常见疾病术后并发症的疗效。方法 选取我院2014年1月~2015年12月收治的300例肛肠疾病手术患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采取温水熏洗,治疗组采取自拟中药熏洗方,比较两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果 治疗组总有效率100%,与对照组80%比较差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;治疗组各临床指标评分优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 自拟中药熏洗方治疗肛肠疾病术后并发症的疗效显著。

Objective To analysis the curative effect of treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation anorectal for disease cmmnon postoperative complications. Methods 300 cases with anorectal diseases surgery treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected, then were randomly divided into treammnt group and control group. Control group was taken warm water fimfigation, while the treatment group was to be adopted the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Two groups of therapeutic effect and complications were compared. Results Total effectiveness of treatment group was 100%, compared with the control group, whose was 80%. Their differences was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Treatment group＇s clinical index score was better than that of control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation curative erect was significant for the treatment ofanorectal diseases and complications.
