摘要
目的探讨自拟中药方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将84例患者分为治疗组和对照组,各42例,治疗组给予自拟中药方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,对照组单纯给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察两组临床疗效及对比分析两组降压效果。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组血压均有下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压病疗效满意。
Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made prescription combined with nifedipine in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 84 patients with elderly hypertension were divided into treatment group 42 cases and control group 42 cases, according to random number table method, The control group was treated with nifedipine, while the treamaent group was given self-made prescription along with nifedipine treatment. The changes in blood pressure and curative effect were observed in the two groups. Results The curative effect in treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）, the effective rate of hypertension in observation group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Cortelusion Selfmade prescription combined with nifedipine m the treatment of hypertension in the elderly and has more ideal effect, should actively promote in clinical treatment,
