血清胱抑素C及超敏C反应蛋白在糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C及超敏C反应蛋白在糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值。方法收集我院100例糖尿病患者,根据尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)将其分为3组,即正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组及临床蛋白尿组;选取50例健康体检者组成对照组,检测所有研究对象的CysC、hs-CRP、Scr及Ccr的水平。结果四组之间CysC、hs-CRP比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床蛋白尿组血清Scr、Ccr与其余3组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),微量蛋白尿组血清Scr、Ccr与其余3组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),正常蛋白尿组和对照组血清Scr、Ccr比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清CysC及hs-CRP是诊断糖尿病肾病的理想生化指标。 Objective To explore the value of serum cystatin C and high sensitivity C reactive protein in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Collection of 100 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital, according to urinary albumin excretion rate ( UAER ) will be divided into 3 groups, normal proteinuria group, micro protein urine group and clinical proteinuria group, 50 healthy people were selected as the control group, the level of CysC, hs-CRP, Scr and Ccr of all the research objects. Results Comparison between the four groups of CysC, hs-CRP, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ), serum Scr, Ccr of clinical proteinuria group compared with the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), serum Scr, Ccr of Micro protein urine group compared with the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05), comparison of Scr and Ccr in serum ofnonnal proteinuria group and control group, the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion Serum CysC and hs-CRP is ideal biochemical index for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
