摘要
目的探讨液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检测联合宫颈活检在宫颈病变中的价值。方法收集我院行宫颈刮片TCT检查的2 586例患者,并对阳性病例实施宫颈活检,观察检测结果。结果 2 586例患者,128例(4.95%)TCT病理学检查结果为阳性,其中4例ASCUS、88例LSIL、31例HSIL、5例SCC;宫颈活检检测发现,4例腺上皮不典型增生、86例CNⅠ、30例CNⅡ、5例CNⅢ、3例SCC。结论 TCT联合宫颈活检可有效改善宫颈病变诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the value of TCT and cervical biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods Chose 2 586 cases of cervical scraping TCT, and the positive cases were detected by cervical biopsy. Observation the test results. Results 2 586 cases of patients, 128 cases （ 4.95% ） of TCT results were positive, including 4 cases of ASCUS, 88 cases LSIL, 31 cases of HSIL and 5 SCC, and cervical biopsy detection, including 4 cases of glandular epithelial dysplasia, 86 cases of CN Ⅰ , 30 cases CN Ⅱ , 5 cases CN Ⅲ, 3 cases SCC. Conclusion TCT and cervical biopsy can improve the accuracy of diagnosis in cervical lesions.
