中药石连饮对肥胖大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LHA)神经细胞自发放电的影响

Effects of Shilianyin on Spontaneous Discharges of Neurons in the Lateral Hypothalamic Area (LHA) in Obese Rats

目的探讨中药石连饮对肥胖大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LHA)神经细胞自发放电的影响。方法采用神经细胞微电极记录肥胖组和正常组大鼠LHA神经细胞自发放电情况;将肥胖组大鼠随机分为石连饮组和纯净水组,观察其LHA神经细胞自发放电情况。结果肥胖组LHA神经细胞自发放电频率高于对照组(P<0.05),石连饮组低于纯净水组(P<0.05)。结论中药石连饮能有效降低肥胖大鼠LHA神经细胞自发放电的频率。

Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） shilianyin on spontaneous discharges of neurons in the lateral hypothalamic area （ LHA ） in obese rats. Methods The obese rats were randomly divided into shilianyin group and pure water group, to observe the neuronal spontaneous discharge in LHA situation. Results The frequency of spontaneous discharge of LHA nerve cells in pure water group was significantly higher than shilianyin group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the shilianyin group was significantly lower than that of pure water group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The frequency of spontaneous discharge of LHA neurons in obese rats could be decreased by the shilianyin.
