舒适护理在新生儿惊厥中的应用研究

Applied Research the Comfortable Care in Neonatal Seizures

目的 对舒适护理在新生儿惊厥中的临床护理效果进行探究。方法 通过对2015年1月~2016年1月我院接收的82例惊厥患儿作为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组采取常规护理模式,而观察组在对照组护理前提上采取干预舒适护理,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果 观察组治愈率为95.12%,并发症发生率4.87%,病死率为0;对照组为53.66%,并发症发生率24.14%,病死率12.19%。差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对新生患儿惊厥采取舒适护理模式可提升其治疗效果,利于降低并发症,临床意义明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effiect of comfort care in neonatal seizures. Methods Select 82 cases with convulsions as research object from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital, divided them into control group and observation group by random, and 41 cases in each group, the control group adopted routine nursing mode, but observation group adopted intervention comfort care on the basis of the control group＇ routine nursing mode, campared the treatment between the two groups. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 95.12%, the complication rate was 4.87%, the mortality was 0, the cure rate of the control group was 53.66%, the complication rate was 24.14%, the mortality rate was 12.19%. There were significant differences between the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The children with seizures to take a comfortable care mode can significantly improve its therapeutic effect, helpad to reduce complications, the clinical significance is obvious.
